NYT Spelling Bee Answers for March 22, 2025

The spring equinox has called for an entente,
enjoins us to be nice citizens of the natural world,
watch the nenes fly northward, the civets ramble.
There can be no ill intent when the sky dazzles
as it does today, pink to cobalt blue.
Slow down, slow down, the breeze whispers,
lifting hats and hems along the street.

Blood slows in our veins — is this nirvana
or the afterlife? Let’s pitch a tent in Narnia,
invent a newer world without many fingerprints.
Everyone’s invited for tea and sympathy.
Breathe deeply, the bossy robins cry.
Contemplate your innie, do a countdown —
ten, nine, eight … to the moon.

Spring has sprung; our lips are sealed.
Our hearts, newly enticed, our souls — free of vice
(for Lent), evict hatred and fear.
We will find the quiet places as we can;
We will speak, resist, love, pray — shadow or sun,
hoping for — yea, verily — world without end
that shelters and enchants and lifts us all.
