Mother, son recall witnessing Joplin EF-5 tornado in 2011
Chad Crilley was 13 years old shadowing storm chasers with his mom, Christy Ricci, when an EF-5 tornado ripped apart the community of Joplin, Missouri. Their story is among those featured in the new Netflix documentary “The Twister: Caught In The Storm.”
