Thomas Logan shouted, swore and acted aggressively towards Darren and Stephanie Lavery in an incident on Greendykes Way, Blindwells, on August 29 last year.
Logan, of the town’s Springwells Park, pleaded guilty to an amended charge when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Tuesday.
Sheriff Peter McCormack issued the 41-year-old with a total fine of £290.
