CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (KCRG) – The Cedar Falls Police Department responded to a group fight Friday afternoon.
Police were called to the 4800 block of University Avenue following reports of a group fight.
When officers arrived on scene, several individuals informed police that they were chased and assaulted.
Officers were able to follow a subject on-foot, where they caught and arrested him.
Several other subjects fled before officers made it to the scene of the crime.
Currently, one juvenile male has been charged with three simple misdemeanors: Interference with Official Acts, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault. The subject was also charged with Harassment in the First Degree, an aggravated misdemeanor.
