Given how expansive the Marvel Cinematic Universe is, I know it can be easy for some storylines to be forgotten or saved for later, but I must say, I can’t believe Daredevil: Born Again included a reference to Secret Invasion‘s cliffhanger ending of the world learning about Skrulls and being afraid of them. Given how poorly the show was received, I would have figured the MCU would largely move away from it, but I actually love how subtly they wove it back into the fold and hope they continue to do so, as it would go a long way to redeeming Secret Invasion.
